3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals cannot be made directly from the bonus balance. Winnings earned from a bonus only become withdrawable after the wagering requirements have been met.

Deposits are generally non-reversible once completed. However, if a deposit fails due to a technical error, you must notify the support team within 48 hours. For withdrawal requests that are still being processed, an option to cancel within a specified timeframe may be available.

4.2 Welcome Bonus

7.1 Balance After Account Closure
